Sonoro STREAM – Splash-Resistant Internet Radio for Bathrooms and Kitchens

The Sonoro STREAM is a compact internet radio for bathrooms, kitchens, garages and other living areas. Its splash-resistant cabinet, waterproof remote control and dedicated sound settings for tiled rooms make the music system particularly suitable for environments with high humidity and highly reflective surfaces.

DAB+, internet radio, Bluetooth, music streaming and a dedicated podcast mode provide access to a wide range of audio content. The system is further equipped with a USB port with charging function and can be controlled through the OKTIV app.

Dedicated Sound Tuning for Tiled Rooms

Tiled walls and hard surfaces reflect sound particularly strongly. This can result in excessive reverberation, overemphasised treble and reduced speech clarity.

The Sonoro STREAM features dedicated equaliser settings that allow the sound to be adapted to these types of rooms. The tuning helps reduce unwanted reflections and improves the clarity of music, speech and podcasts.

Adjustable Equaliser

In addition to the setting for tiled bathrooms, further sound options are available. This allows the reproduction to be adapted to different locations and personal listening preferences.

When the STREAM is used in a kitchen, garage or living area, for example, a suitable sound setting can be selected.

DAB+ Digital Radio

The integrated DAB+ tuner enables the reception of digital radio stations. Depending on the station, additional information such as song titles, artists or programme details may be shown on the display.

Digital radio provides a wide selection of stations and largely interference-free transmission within the respective reception area.

Internet Radio from Around the World

Through its network connection, the Sonoro STREAM provides access to internet radio stations from different countries and genres.

Stations can be selected by region, language or musical genre. In addition to local programmes, a wide range of international radio content is therefore available.

Dedicated Podcast Mode

A separate podcast mode provides convenient access to preferred programmes and formats. Podcasts can be searched for and selected independently of conventional radio stations.

This is particularly practical for news, interviews, educational programmes and entertainment content while cooking or spending time in the bathroom.

Wireless Playback via Bluetooth

Bluetooth allows music, audiobooks, podcasts and other audio content to be streamed directly from a smartphone or tablet.

This also enables playback of content that is not available through the integrated radio or streaming functions.

Access to Music-Streaming Services

The Sonoro STREAM supports compatible music-streaming services and provides direct access to albums, playlists and personal music libraries.

Depending on the service, content can be selected through the respective app or the music system’s user interface.

USB Port with Charging Function

The integrated USB port can be used to charge compatible smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices.

This is particularly convenient in kitchens or bathrooms where only a limited number of power sockets may be available.

Compact Design for Flexible Placement

Thanks to its compact dimensions, the STREAM can be placed on bathroom shelves, kitchen worktops, sideboards or workbenches.

The device can easily be moved to another room when required. A suitable network connection must be available at the new location to use internet radio and streaming services.

Operation on the Device, via Remote Control or App

The Sonoro STREAM can be controlled directly using the controls on the device. The supplied waterproof remote control and the OKTIV app are also available.

The app can be used to select audio sources, search for radio stations and adjust the volume.

Wood-Effect Finish and Modern Design

The cabinet is available in a range of wood-effect finishes and combines an interior-friendly appearance with a robust construction.

This allows the STREAM to blend into modern bathrooms as well as kitchens, workspaces and garages.
