– according to Art. 22 GDPR, not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing – including profiling – that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you unless the decision is necessary for entering into, or performance of, a contract between you and us, is authorized by Union or Member State law to which we are subject and which also lays down suitable measures to safeguard your rights and freedoms and legitimate interests, or is based on your explicit consent.
2) Right to Object
If data processing is based on legitimate interests according to Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation or if the objection is directed against direct marketing or profiling related to direct marketing. In the event of your objection, we shall no longer process your personal data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. This exception does not apply if your objection is directed against direct marketing or profiling related to direct marketing. In that case, we shall no longer process your personal data for such purposes. To exercise your right to object, you may send us an appropriate email, for example.

4) Cookies
On our website, we use cookies that serve to optimize the user-friendliness of our website and enable the use of certain functions. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and are stored on your end device when you visit our site. Most of the cookies we use are so-called session cookies, which are deleted from your hard drive at the end of the browser session. Other cookies, so-called temporary cookies, remain on your end device for a specified period and enable us to recognize your device on your next visit. If you visit our website again, it is automatically recognized that you have already been with us and what inputs and settings you have made, so you do not have to enter them again. Furthermore, we use cookies to statistically record the use of our website and to optimize our offer, advertising, and demand-oriented design of our website by creating and evaluating usage profiles using pseudonyms (see in detail here Ziff. 4).
The data processed by cookies are necessary for the mentioned purposes to safeguard our legitimate interests according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f) GDPR.

page (so-called referrer URL), IP address (hostname of the accessing computer), and time of the server request, is transferred to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. IP anonymization is activated on our website, i.e., your IP address is shortened by Google beforehand. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other data by Google, which excludes conclusions about your person.
The information obtained is used to evaluate your use of our website in anonymized form, to compile anonymized statistics about website activities and to provide further services related to website usage and internet usage for market research and demand-oriented design of our website. You can prevent the storage of Google Analytics cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; in this case, however, you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from using your data by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
